• Over 15 years in the Information Technology industry with background in Computer Science.
  
• Over 8 years of Operating Experience. Responsible for all aspects of IT operations nationwide with a staff of over twelve full-time employees.
  
• Around 7 years of consulting experience in the areas of Business Process Analysis/Modeling, Business Requirements, Design and Development of Web Based and Client/Server applications.
  
• Strong background in customer/technical support.
  
• Effective team builder, technical sales support skills, and proven on-time delivery.
