Lori joined The Carney Group in July 2011 with an extensive career from Prudential. During her tenure at Prudential she worked in the Life Insurance, Group Insurance and Property & Casualty work groups. She also benefited from learning about various environments which included a Sales Office, Corporate Office, Regional and Field Service Office. Lori developed expertise in Human Resource and Learning & Development, including Talent Management and Leadership Competencies for today’s work place.

Lori is passionate about networking and continuously learns new ideas from others and shares her own experience to “pay it forward” no matter what your employment situation may be. She continuously meets with applicants of all generations to blend in today’s work force for a win-win situation for candidates and clients. She empathizes with individuals offering guidance to transition into new careers, as well as those entering the work force for the first time. Lori is a Montgomery County resident and lives locally with her husband, John, and daughters, Stephanie and Lindsey.
