Doug recently joined the firm as a Senior Account Manager bringing his many years of staffing and recruiting experience to The Carney Group. Doug has successfully grown and managed temporary and direct hire practices throughout the Delaware Valley for the past 21 years. Prior to joining The Carney Group, Doug held a senior-level position working for a Fortune 500 staffing company as a District Manager responsible for a $10M scientific territory. Doug has a passion for helping people find jobs and is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of the local business community.

Doug has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and a minor in Biology from the University of Delaware.
