Sr. Estimator Position to a Chief Estimator Position:

• 10 years minimum experienced estimating in the Philadelphia Open Shop market.
• Candidate is most likely a 2nd in command with limit future growth potential at current position.
• Looking for a leader who is capable of managing people and presents well to new clients.
• Ability to bring over existing clients/relationships a huge plus.
• Experience in Public Sector Work also a big plus.
• Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000

Manage commercial & residential projects-site work experience helpful - $65-70K

Construction or manufacturing experience, 5-10 yrs experience

Industry experience, construction management 50K & up
