Coordinator, HR Operations and Support, Montgomery County, Contract-to-Hire Reviews and audits HR systems and I-9 records for data accuracy, enters data on behalf of employees, managers and HR colleagues and recommends operational process improvements; provides information updates to broader team, and assists with reporting requirements as needed. Resolves various inquiries from HR colleagues and employees, directs more specialized requests to the appropriate HR contact/SME. Communicates across the organization, up through the executive level. Provides routine administrative support for the HR Operations and Shared Services team, which includes managing employee discount programs, back-up support of Kronos administration, maintaining employee files, preparation of routine correspondence, development of presentations; and general administrative duties. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3+ years HR experience providing administrative and project management support in medium to large corporate environment.
