Associate Director of Global Finance, Montgomery County, $38-40/hour, Reports directly to the Senior Director Global Finance – Supply Chain. To provide financial guidance and support to the Global Supply Chain Management Leadership Team, and support them in managing and optimizing the company’s product inventories, reducing product write-offs, and continuously improving the efficiency of the company’s supply chain operations, including warehousing and distribution as well as logistics. The person will initiate, drive and manage projects that enable the management to achieve short- and long-term goals.

Customer Service Specialist, Montgomery County, $13.50/hour, Strong Technical Skills to include pivot tables, v-lookups. Responsible for working with Quality Assurance reimbursements. This role will work directly with customers to bring back products that have been damaged or misshipped. Work with AR to resolve customer deduction issues. This role will processing expired and recalled returns that go to a 3rd party processor

Finance and Operations Admin, Montgomery County, $29-32/hour, Gather and utilize financial data to process, analyze, and maintain the Expense Report Program and ensure accurate imports into the general ledger Audit expense reports to ensure the company policy is being followed. Manage the Expense and T&E Card program within Company policies and guidelines. Import the daily transaction files into Oracle Payables. Prepare any necessary journal entries to reconcile the accounts. Ensure financial data and analyses are accurate. Financial Analyst, Chester County, $27-29/hour, Experience w/Excel, Oracle, including Project Accounting Performs a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections.

R&D Associate, Chester County, $29-30/hour,  Provide project management leadership to technology transfer projects. Develop technology transfer plan and technology transfer project charter. Develop project schedule using MSProject or similar software tools. Lead and manage technology transfer meetings, track action items and project milestones Working with finance and business groups, manage project finances and forecasts. Create project schedule, track project milestones and deliverables. Support the manufacturing lead with team and project organization. Support manufacturing lead with budgetary forecasts and tracking of expenditures. BS in Science or Engineering or in a related technical area PMP strongly preferred.

Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Montgomery County, $30-43/hour, Assist with responses to FDA deficiencies (CRLs, ECDs and IRs) within the allocated timeframe.  Responsible for evaluating change controls to provide for accurate regulatory filing assessments in accordance to guidance documents. Maintain the databases and trackers in real time Author the pre-to-post transition documents as new products receive FDA approval and support the department drive consolidation project. Review IIG evaluations to ensure compliance with the FDA database. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is required. Master’s degree, Pharm D, PhD preferred. 3-5 years of experience working within CMC environment with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry.
