  • Administrative support for clinical trials activities
  • Typing correspondence & reports, filing, creating and revising study forms, making travel arrangements, coordinating mass mailings, maintain calendars, schedule meetings, daily distribution of mail and faxes
  • Create and assemble comprehensive binders, inventory returned study drug for destruction
 
Rebate Administrator - Pharmaceutical
  • Assist in the setup of rebates in for issuance and prepare support for Accounting to process manual rebates
  • Calculate electronic net sales support for periodic rebates
  • Prepare check requests for a majority of the periodic rebates and work with AP to ensure checks are processed
  • Recent bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a business field
