- Administrative support for clinical trials activities
- Typing correspondence & reports, filing, creating and revising study forms, making travel arrangements, coordinating mass mailings, maintain calendars, schedule meetings, daily distribution of mail and faxes
- Create and assemble comprehensive binders, inventory returned study drug for destruction
Rebate Administrator - Pharmaceutical
- Assist in the setup of rebates in for issuance and prepare support for Accounting to process manual rebates
- Calculate electronic net sales support for periodic rebates
- Prepare check requests for a majority of the periodic rebates and work with AP to ensure checks are processed
- Recent bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a business field
Clinical Research Associates
Must have clinical trials experience, strong administrative skills, familiar with FDA and other regulatory processes.

Provide administrative support to:
- Vice President/General Manager, Biologics and Specialty Products
- National Sales Director and field managers for Specialty Products sales group
- Managers within the Biologics group to be identified
- Overall support for the department including filing, typing, calendar management, mail, expense reporting, time keeping, phone support, travel planning, executive presentations
- General administrative support to VP and directors in the group, preparation of senior management and board presentations, interface with key executives of other companies and organizations and customers; coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visitors, maintain timekeeping for department
